Your goals, turned into a day you can actually follow.
A personal wellness plan built by AI: sleep, meals on your budget, movement, and when to take what you already take, with safety rules built in.
Pick a person and build their plan. Each agent's work appears beside it as it happens.
How it works
Six AI agents work in order, each on one part of the plan, and every answer is checked before it reaches you.

Code checks every answer before it passes to the next agent
Safety rules
Run before any agent. Red flags stop the plan and point to a doctor. No agent can change these decisions:
- Fasting: only if asked, never with pregnancy, insulin, an eating disorder history, heart or kidney disease, or age 70+.
- Medicines and supplements: never added or dosed. Code checks known interactions, for example minerals that block thyroid medicine or some antibiotics, and spaces them. Anything it doesn't know goes to your pharmacist.
- Fluids: a doctor's limit always wins.
- Words: no diagnosis, doses or calorie targets.
Data analyst
Finds the 2 or 3 things that matter in 21 days of wearable data. It only sees numbers computed by code, so it can't invent one.
Emotional support
Listens and offers simple practices. It is not a therapist; when low mood persists, code adds a referral.
Nutrition
Plans a week of home meals from a priced list (Mexico City or San Francisco). Code checks the budget and foods to avoid.
Movement
Suggests exercise that fits your free time, your meals and your goals. Code sets how hard and how long: gentle for older adults, only what your doctor cleared for heart conditions or pregnancy, and never "burning calories".
Coach
Turns it all into three priorities in plain words. It explains the times; it can't move them.
Clinical reviewer
Reads the whole plan like a physician would and sends an agent back to fix what it flags.
Does it work?
safety rules pass, checked on every build.
